01) What hours are available for appointments?

03) How do I schedule a first appointment?
The best way to contact us is via email at recalled2life.ccs@gmail.com Please leave an email and a phone number where you may be reached as well as your name and any other pertinent information. You may leave a phone message, but it is nearly impossible to return phone calls, so please leave an email contact also.
04) Can you prescribe medications?
We do not prescribe medications as we do not have a license to practice medicine. You will need to be under the supervision of a medical doctor for medications.
05) What can I expect with my first appointment?
A first appointment will last 60-90 minutes. Once you make an appointment I will send you out some forms to fill out. The information you fill out on these will help me get to know you and your history. We will go over these forms and any other pertinent information.
06) Where are the forms I need to fill out?
The forms will be send to you via email before your first appointment. You will need to find a mutually acceptable time for the first appointment. Please note that the first appointment is usually 60-90 minutes or more, so please plan accordingly.
07) Do you accept health insurance?
Most insurance providers have an agreement with a local mental health group. We do not participate in any insurance plan, but we are happy to give an invoice so that you may file for reimbursements through your insurance carrier or through your HSA or FLEX account. Payment is expected at the time of service.
08) How many appointment will I need?
Because of the personal nature of counseling it is virtually impossible to predict the number of appointments that will be needed. It will also depend on the severity of the problems and the commitment of the counselee to follow through with recommended homework, reading or other things. Consistently attending scheduled appointments will also help progress.
09) How long are follow up appointments?
Follow up appointments are 45 minutes and are charged at a flat rate. Over 45 minute appointments will be charged at the 45 minute rate.
